Delete your account
Account deletion will be available inside the All Their Days app before public release. During private TestFlight testing, the founding team can also process the request directly.
Request deletion
Email privacy@alltheirdays.com from the address associated with your TestFlight account and write “Delete my account” in the subject line. We will verify the request before deletion to protect the family archive from unauthorized removal.
What deletion covers
The verified account, its private family space, and content controlled solely by that account will be scheduled for deletion. Shared family material may require a stewardship review so one contributor cannot silently erase content controlled by another.
Exports and retention
Where available, request an export before deletion. Limited security, billing, or legal records may be retained only when required, while deleted family content will not remain available through the app.
Early-access list
If you only joined the website early-access list, ask privacy@alltheirdays.com to remove your email address.
